Mahone Bay:
Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia is a popular tourist destination on the South Shore of Nova Scotia. It is considered to be one of the most attractive towns in Canada and the view across the bay at its three prominent churches has appeared on many postcards and calendars. Mahone Bay is famous for its Wooden Boat Festival, Canada`s largest Wooden Boat Festival celebrates the heritage of Mahone Bay`s shipbuilding past. Mahone Bay also hosts the annual Great Scarecrow Festival and Antique Fair. Come and join in the fun with our scarecrow friends, a magical pumpkin path and antique fair. The Innlet Cafe mentioned above was the site of the Keddy sawmill while the Ocean Grill was the Zwicker Inn in the 19th century. There are lots to do and see in and around Mahone Bay.
